bright straw yellow colour; apple and pear with toasty oak aromas and flavours; dry, light-bodied, well-balanced with a lightly spiced, mineral finish.

As featured in Taste Magazine, Spring 2013. This solid white has wafts of honeycomb, crisp Bosc pears, lemon citrus and toasted spices that tickle the nose. The palate is creamy and nicely balanced with mouth-watering acidity and a hint of oak. The finish lingers on notes of vanilla, butter, citrus and spice.
