Tasting note

Ruby colour. Dark cherry and raspberry fruit with an underlying herbal note; dry, medium-bodied with berry fruit and earth flavours.

Cherry-red colour revealing intense aromas of cassis and liquorices. On tasting, it is rounded and supple with a cherry-stone finish. Nice balance and lingers on the tongue.

As featured in Taste Magazine, Spring 2013. This is a classic, reliable, well-made Burgundian Pinot Noir at good price. Raspberry and strawberry aromas and flavours complement a savoury earthiness reminiscent of beetroot. A clean, balanced and supremely drinkable wine, try it with barbecued planked salmon, roasted duck or wild mushroom risotto.
