Tasting note

Deep ruby. Smoke- and mineral-laced red berry compote and cherry-cola on the deeply perfumed nose. Fleshy, sweet and concentrated, offering energetic raspberry and bitter chocolate flavors and an exotic touch of vanilla. Shows excellent clarity and thrust on the long, vibrant finish, which is framed by fine-grained, harmonious tannins. Drinking window: 2019-2025. Score - 92. (Josh Raynolds, vinous.com, Nov. 2015)

Colour: Deep cherry red, clean and bright. Nose: Good aromatic intensity with notes of ripe red fruits over a base of elegant balsamic Palate: the tannins are well integrated and polished. In the aftertaste, touches of very ripe fruit and nuances of liquor appear making it last in the palate.

The 2010 Reserva has plenty of lactic notes, aromas of ripe berries and lots of spice and smoke.
