Tasting note
Aromas of yellow plum and pear mingle tantalizingly with lemon zest and dandelion flower to create a thoroughly captivating nose. A gentle spritz in the glass. Very easygoing and tasty, with a very crisp finish. Perfect companion to broiled freshwater fish, or a veggie stir-fry. (VINTAGES panel, March 2013)
