Tasting note
A beautiful very dark ruby colour. The expressive nose opens with aromas of black fruits, spices and many fiery notes of grilling or toasting. The attack is full. A good tannic structure and a beautiful acidity make this wine powerful and round on the palate. Serve with Beef Bourguignon, game, hard cheeses. Cellaring potential: 4 to 8 years.
