Tasting note

Chardonnay is this sustainable winery's specialty, and this one is superb. It sports complex baked apple, caramel and toasty oak flavours with a mineral-laced finish. Pair with fish and chips, pasta primavera or roast turkey with all the trimmings.

This Chardonnay was sourced from our four estate vineyards. Each individually hand harvested as each reached maturity. Aromas abound suggesting pears, baked apple crisp, maple, candied orange and nutmeg. Well balanced, this medium-bodied wine explodes with flavours making way for a long, crisp, mineral-driven finish.
