Tasting note

A percentage of the grapes used in this wine have been partially dried, imparting even more concentration and flavour. Intense aromas of rose petals, red apple, strawberry, cranberries and cherry. The palate is smooth and concentrated, with a generous texture. Bright and fresh, this is the kind of rosé that will win over the 'red wine only' crowd. Versatile and tasty, this will be a good choice for spicy barbecue chicken, veal chops or seafood dishes. (Vintages panel, May 2016)

Intense aromas of just ripened fruits on the nose, especially raspberries & wild cherries. The palate is soft and well balanced with lively and refreshing acidity. Long and attractive finish. Excellent as an aperitif and wine antipasti, light pasta dishes, shellfish and seafood.
