Tasting note

Medium-deep garnet red colour; aromas of dried cherry, red plum, toasty vanilla, mint and cranberry; dry, with balanced acidity, medium bodied, with flavours of spiced plum compote, pepper, red liquorice and cherry; moderately long finish.

Deep purple to garnet colour with a wonderful bouquet of rich smoky plums, black cherry, black pepper, black tea leaves and cocoa. This medium-bodied wine has soft yet drying tannins and lots of black fruit, black tea and sweet oak flavours on the palate. Black tea, cocoa, blackberry, cedar and plum flavours linger on the finish.
