Tasting note
Like a summer day, this starts bright and sunny and finishes crisp and refreshing. Notions of cherry, raspberry, strawberry jam and a gentle dash of spice inform the aromas and flavours. Chill and sip, or enjoy with oysters, grilled fish or grilled seafood. (VINTAGES panel, April 2014)
This dry strawberry pink coloured wine features medium spicy, floral and fruity scents and offers a broad texture.
Ripe red fruits, honey, jasmine and pomegranate mark the aromas of this dry and refreshing Rosé. The palate is full of wild strawberries, watermelon, orange and floral notes. A wonderful match for barbeque or Asian cuisine, or simply served on its own.
Mostly Merlot with a dash of Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir grapes, the fruity red berry and floral notes, the eye catching pink hue, it all adds up to summer in a glass.
