Lovely as an aperitif, this wine will also pair nicely with grilled fish, fresh oysters, summer salads or creamy pasta dishes.

With soft fruit flavours like melon, apple and pear, this Pinot Blanc makes for a delicious sipper for many occasions and tastes. This Mission Hill 2011 Pinot Blanc is a superb example of this varietal and will delight with grilled salmon, quiche or risotto.
