Tasting note
Light ruby colour; sour cherry, berry, beet, earth and raspberry aromas; dry, medium bodied, with earthy, fruity flavours, balanced acidity and moderate tannin on finish.
Opens with ripe berry and nutmeg notes. Bright fruit on the palate with a touch of oak in the finish, bringing nice balance.
A lighter style of Pinot Noir, with fresh cherry and berry notes. The bright red and black fruit character mingles nicely with delicate touches of cinnamon spice.
Intense aromas of wild strawberries, licorice, cinnamon, and earth tones, strike the nose. The medium bodied palate shows plenty of red berry fruit and exotic spice notes, and is balanced by vibrant acidity. Pairs perfectly with a range of cuisines including cheeses, salmon, chicken, and Asian dishes.
This 2013 Five Vineyards Pinot Noir has hints of red fruits, cherry and raspberries that are concentrated in the delicate Pinot Noir manner that is all about balance and texture. Savour with tuna steaks, grilled chicken or vegetarian fare.
