This “Method Traditionelle” sparkling Chardonnay is named after Jehan Moingeon, a labourer in 1415, whose descendants would eventually found Le Maison du Cremant in 1895. Crémant de Bourgogne is by definition a festive wine. The elegance of the Burgundy wines is amplified by the freshness and the effervescence, which creates a unique taste, sparkling with pleasure. These spirited wines are served as an apéritif or with dessert wine at the end of a meal.
