Tasting note
Marked aromas of acacia bean, honey, peach, melon and white flowers. The palate is dry, crisp and refreshing with excellent fruit and a lovely finish. Quite versatile, this will make a very pleasant aperitif, or can be paired alongside ribboned asparagus salad with avocado. (VINTAGES panel, March 2013)
