Tasting note

A subtle, elegant, very dry Prosecco with notes of pear, grapefruit, peach blossom and mineral. Succulent, vibrant and very classy. A sophisticated find from a reliable producer. Tasted January 2015. Score - 89. (Sara d'Amato, winealign.com, Feb. 5, 2015)

This is a rather exuberant yet steely, powerful Prosecco. White peaches, crushed rocks, smoke and flowers are some of the nuances that flow. A rich, textured finish rounds things out nicely. 90 Points Wine Advocate
