Tasting note

Only one barrel of 'The Icon' was created by Wayne Gretzky Estates. A Premium Bordeaux blend that can be cellared for up to 10 years.

Garnet color with an interesting bouquet of black current, licorice, vanilla extract, toasted oak, smoke and spiced plum. This medium to full-bodied wine has velvet tannins and moderate acidity. Rich fruit flavours of blackberry, plum. black cherry and red currant are accented by notes of cedar. The lovely, lingering finish shows notes of black fruit, spice, sweet oak and smokey cedar.
