Tasting note

Pale yellow in colour with green hues and brilliant clarity. Lifted fruit characters of pineapple and grapefruit with secondary notes of green pepper and freshly cut nettle aromas. On the palate, a crisp and zesty backbone combines with fresh tropical fruity sweetness. Excellent weight and balance, this wine lingers on the palate in a full, refreshing finish. Enjoyable on its own as an aperitif or pairs well with seared scallops, lemon herb chicken, or light summer salads.

Aromas of tropical fruit and flinty minerality with herbal notes of freshly cut tomato plant. Fresh, crisp and clean with zesty flavours of ripe tropical fruits, especially passion fruit and pineapple with subtle hints of nettle. The wine has excellent presence and mouthfeel, with balanced acidity and a generous finish. Enjoyable on its own as an aperitif, or pairs well with any lighter seafood dish, lemon herb chicken, or summer salads.
