Tasting note

Translucent, light greenish yellow in color with a complex nose that offers aromas of white flowers recalling jasmine and citrus such as lime and grapefruit that meld with spicy notes of white pepper rounded off with an herbal touch. The citrus notes reappear on the palate with well-balanced acidity and a long, fresh finish. It can also be served with white meats such as chicken seasoned with lemon, salads, and fresh cheeses.
