The dividends of great care in the vineyard during a cool vintage are a wine of pure energy and keenly defined fruit. Raspberry, Cherry and Black Cherry abound with a border of tannic, tart cranberry.An amazing, complex tone of tiramisu permeates the wine displaying mild coffee, cream and biscuit flavours.
