Tasting note

The wine is deep purple-red in colour, typical of this variety. Blackberry aromas are underscored by notes of ground white pepper, spices, and leather. Rich and mouth filling, black currant and plum flavours explode on the palate, with spice, herbs, and a long, soft finish. The tannins are surprisingly smooth and silky for a wine with such body and flavour.

Think plum, blackberry, chocolate and spice. This 100 percent Carménère is ready to drink now. Loaded with dark fruit and fresh herbs on the palate, and with soft-textured tannins, this wine is excellent with barbecue meats and burgers.
