Tasting note

Menthol and eucalyptus accents shade the cherry core in this muscular red, with big tannins. Vibrant, this has energy that pulsates and carries the sweet fruit and underbrush notes through the finish. Best from 2019 through 2033. Collectible. Score - 94. A luckily discovered Cru whose first vintage was 2001. This is a great Barolo of intense aromatic expression that shows soft textured body with depth of flavour, elegance and soft tannins. First 10 months in small French oak then another 14 months in large Fuder (Oak Barrels) and finished with a year in stainless steel and 10 months in bottle.
