Tasting note
CAROBRIC is a blend of 3 Barolo DOCG vineyards (Rocche di Castiglione/Cannubi/Bric del Fiasc)and results in the earliest maturing and most multidimensional Barolo. The 3 cru are vinified and aged separately and then blended to marry for 1 year in stainless steel followed by a further 10 months aging in bottle.
