Our Chardonnay-Muscat is rich and fruity and draws on the Tarte Tatin - a traditional French upside down apple tart, as its inspiration. Baked apples, pineapple and butter, with a creamy mouthfeel and spicy flavours of toasty vanilla, lead to a long and satisfying finish.
