Tasting note

A certified Biodynamic shiraz from Mclaren Vale.The nose has lifted sweet fragrance, attractive cherry and mulberry with spices and truffle. The palate is concentrated with full, even mouthfeel with flavours of plump fruits and chocolate leading to a silky, savoury finish. Deep garnet, purple; reserved and restrained on the bouquet, with pure blackberry and fruitcake spice on display; the palate is fresh, juicy and full of ample fine-grained tannins and well handled toasty oak; long and understated.
