Tasting note

Pale straw colour; peach and pear fruit on the nose; dry, light-bodied, with a refreshing palate and clean lingering finish.

These grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks for four weeks and is a perfect compliment to appetizers, seafood, cheeses and light meats. A great pair would be a nice scallop dish with a wonderful light creamy white sauce and some crisp, fresh vegetables straight from the garden.
