Purple/red colour; cassis, eucalyptus, mint and herb aromas; dry, full bodied with smooth, rich, plummy flavours and a long, spicy finish

This dry purplish red coloured wine features intense spicy, fruity and vegetal scents and offers a broad texture as well as fleshy tannins.

A medium-bodied wine with flavours of stewed quince, rhubarb and ripe, dark fruits. The tannins are soft and fine with a balanced background of soft spicy oak.

A balanced wine with a continuum of flavour throughout of chocolate and mocha flavours clasping raspberry and blackberry fruits. A rich sweet mid-palate and finish are firmed by ripe, prominent tannins.

As featured in Taste Magazine, Spring 2013. Crushed velvet depth defines the texture of this cassis-scented, persistent and generously fruited wine. Flavours of mint, damp herbs and oak round out the palate. This wine is great with steak or lamb.
