A stunning vintage for the Eden Valley and this has beautiful aromatic purity, bathed in lime and lemon, some riper stone fruit aromas too, all wrapped in fragrant floral perfume. The palate has a striking mix of power and flesh, the concentration is impressive, it has layers and layers of powerful fruit. The finest Bin 51 to date!
