Tasting note

This blend of 57% Merlot and 43% Cabernet Sauvignon has a very youthful appearance and flavour profile. Suggestions of strawberry pie, cassis, plum and ripe red fruit are followed by touches of mocha and earth. This is a wine that will continue to evolve and resolve. Give this 2+ years, or enjoy tonight with lamb or beef burgers. (Vintages panel, April 2016)

Beautiful deep purple/plum colour. The hose is elegant with dark fruits, black raspberry and plum. The palate shows ripe dark fruits with a supple mouth feel and a beautiful balance.
