Tasting note
Pale lemon colour; delicate aromas of brioche, baked apple and citrus; extra dry with fine mousse and flavours of apple and soft citrus; lengthy finish.
Featured in TASTE Magazine, Winter 2012 issue. This fresh and lively champagne tingles with notes of bright citrus and Granny Smith apple, but quickly evolves in the mouth to reveal notes of warm bread and creamy lemon curd. The finish is persistent.
