Tasting note
Pale rose colour; delicate aromas of raspberry and strawberry; dry, light to medium bodied, with citrus and raspberry fruit flavours.
A fresh pure stony rosé with dried cherry, rose petal and watermelon notes that stay focused on the finish.
Featured in TASTE Magazine, Winter 2012 issue. This rosé is a salmon pink colour with aromas of white flowers, cherries and fruit drops. The mouth is dry but fruity, with floral notes and hints of aniseed and brown sugar.
