Tasting note
Delicious full flavours of fresh peach and honey dew melon on the mid palate. It is a beautifully balanced, fruit-driven Chardonnay, yet with a degree of complexity. It finishes with a clean, tangy acidity. Delicious as an aperitif, Weighbridge Chardonnay is also a delightful accompaniment to roast chicken, creamy pasta dishes, pan-fried fish or a vegetarian pizza.
