Tasting note

Clear pale salmon pink; light apple, pear, floral and tropical fruit aromas; off-dry, crisp and light-bodied, with strawberry and rhubarb flavours.

The wine is a pale yellow colour with a distinctive bouquet of wild flowers and touches of honey and banana. It has a dry flavour yet not excessively so and is full, soft but fresh and lively with a pleasing, lingering aftertaste of ripe pears.
