Tasting note

Pink copper colour. Rich, complex aromas with red fruit, spice, stone fruit character. To taste, glass chard acidity, fine tannin presence showing structure, chalky phenolics and a mix of red and citrus fruit character. Lot going on, interesting and texturally complex.
