Tasting note

Medium yellow colour; apple and pear aromas with hints of apricot, mineral and lime; crisp pear and lime flavours with a light apricot note.

Aromas of spring blossoms, sweet lemon, apple, pear and yellow plum. Fruit flavours of green apple and citrus. A touch of spice and notes of green apple, early yellow plum and lemon on the finish.
