Tasting note
Ruby red colour; aromas of light berry, black cherry, red licorice, a touch of oak spice; dry, med-bodied with good acidity, light earthy/mineral notes, ripe strawberry & raspberry fruit flavours; quite smooth with soft tannins & a fruity finish.
This light, easy drinking Pinot possesses aromatic notes of malted chocolate, cherry and licorice. The palate is sprinkled with lively ascidity and soft, welcoming tannins. Black cherry and a subtle pepper bring this wine to a pleasant conclusion. Complement its natural tartness with a creamy chicken Alfredo or draw out its fruit aspect and rounder flavours with cherry chocolate cheesecake.
