Tasting note

This dry, medium-bodied and woody red displays a simple and medium nose. On the palate, its refreshing acidity, smooth tannins, and broad texture precede a medium finish.

Alicante is enormously spicy, pungent and packed tight with freshly milled white peppercorn, cardamom, clove and loads of plump black fruit and prune. There’ s a sweet note of baking spice on the close and the wine’ s texture is abundantly fleshy, rich and chewy.
