Pale straw colour with fine mousse; apple, bread/toast, yeast and citrus aromas; medium bodied and dry; ripe apple, biscuit, mineral and citrus flavours; balanced with long lively finish

Green-gold in colour with fine mousse. The nose is rich and leafy and the palate has a nice depth of flavour with good fruit showing through.

A beautiful straw yellow color, fine bubbles, a bouquet of floral and fruity aromas, ripe and thirst quenching on the palate with a superb taste of brioche flavors… A unique combination of complexity and balance, freshness and distinction.

Featured in TASTE Magazine, Winter 2012 issue. Expansive flavours of brioche and nut, as well as stone fruit and a certain mushroom character make this bubbly quite fetching and savoury. This wine is broad and muscular while maintaining its elegance.
