Tasting note

Pale straw colour; aromas of pears, golden delicious apples on the nose with a touch of vanilla oak; dry, medium bodied, with pear, apple and citrus flavours; good acidity and finish.

Strong notes of citrus and white flowers which are enhanced by a hint of oak and vanilla.
