Tasting note

Heady aromas of black fruit, plum and smoked meat. The palate is dry, firm and concentrated but very approachable and with excellent balance. Good fruit flavours throughout. A very pleasant wine, this blend of Alfrocheiro and Touriga Nacional --a common combination in Dão -- will be a nice match for a variety of pork dishes. (VINTAGES panel, July 2012)
