Tasting note

Deep yellow colour; Aromas of anise, citrus, cooked apple and tropical fruit; Dry, full bodied, with nice balance of tropical fruit and oak; crisp acidity on the long spicy finish.

This dry, medium-bodied and woody white displays a complex and medium nose. On the palate, its refreshing acidity and full-bodied texture precede a medium finish.

Featured in TASTE Magazine, Winter 2012 issue. This Chardonnay from the cool Central Coast region has a bouquet of lemons, limes and tropical fruit. Generous acidity, minerality and sweet restrained oak ground the concentrated fruit in the mouth. Round and creamy, it finishes smooth and long. Enjoy with popcorn or step it up with roast chicken or fettuccini Alfredo. Also great to enjoy with friends over appetizers, such as crab cakes or prawn skewers or try it with smoked salmon, grilled chicken, creamy pastas, and stuffed clams.
