Colour: pale green. Aroma: complex and elegant, a blend of citric and tropical fruits as grapefruit, pineapple and gooseberry, mingled with soft mineral notes and balsamic herbs. Taste: the palate is at once smooth and mouthwatering keeping the freshness by a vibrant juicy acidity that gives a long and clean finish. In the aftertaste, citric and tropical fruit can be tasted again.
