Featured in TASTE Magazine, Winter 2012 issue. This is a light-bodied, salmon-coloured rosé with fine bubbles. It is very fruity on the nose with spiced strawberry and citrus aromas. The palate is off-dry with a refreshing acidity that complements the red cherry and fresh strawberry fruit flavours.
