Tasting note

Deep garnet colour with a beautiful bouquet of black currant fruit accentuated by notes of cedar, smoked vanilla, leather, coffee bean and cigar box. A dry, medium- to full-bodied wine with velvety tannins, good structure and moderate acidity. Enjoy with rare- to medium-rare grilled steaks or two-year old Canadian cheddar.
