Tasting note

A medium-bodied wine with a slightly rich mouth-feel and smooth approach. Clear and bright with ripe fruit flavours of apricot, peach, pear and apple. Serve chilled with grilled, poached and pan-fried fish fillets; smoked salmon; light cream sauces on pasta and seafood; scallops or shrimp served with jasmine riche; roast chicken and mild curry.
