Tasting note

Deep purple to black in color with an interesting bouquet of blue plum, chocolate, Chai spice, sweet oak, vanilla extract and blackberry jam. An extra-dry, full-bodied wine with velvety tannins and a rich mouth-feel that pairs well with braised meats or red meats in rich reductions.
