Tasting note
This wine is 60% Cab and 40% Merlot - hence the name - aged 6-8 months in a combo of French and American oak, and offers flavours of juicy black plum and tangy cherry. Pair with steak fajitas or black bean burritos. (Vintages panel, July 2016)
