Tasting note
Rich nose of banana, coconut, ripe pear, melon, sandalwood and a touch of smoke. Generous and juicy with a subtle smoky tone to the bright tropical fruit on the palate. Great for grilled pork or lobster dishes. (VINTAGES panel, May 2014)
