Tasting note
Prosecco, northern Italy's charming sparkling wine, may just be the best-value fizz around. This refreshing version shows lemon zest, pear, white peach, apricot and toasty flavours. Terrific with seafood appetizers or salmon teriyaki.
A sparkling wine with a clean, pleasantly fruity bouquet, reminiscent of rennet apples and peach blossom. Its flavour is rounded and well balanced.
As featured in Taste Magazine, Spring 2013. Crafted with Glera grapes grown in the famed Valdobbiadene DOCG region, this Prosecco is approachable and perfect for almost any occasion. A powdery, talc-like character underpins flavours and aromas of lemon zest, Bosc pear and cashew backed by bracing acidity. Dry, restrained and delicate with a light-bodied mousse, try this wine with smoked salmon, sushi or prosciutto-wrapped melon, or as the key ingredient in a classic Bellini cocktail.
