Tasting note

Straw yellow colour; Intense herbal, grassy, cooked asparagus and gooseberry aromas; Dry, medium bodied with gooseberry/citrus and mint flavours; pronounced acidity on finish.

This dry, light and fruity white displays a simple and intense nose. On the palate, its refreshing acidity and slender texture precede a medium finish.

Dominant aromas of juicy grapefruit, fragrant citrus blooms and ripe apricots are finely balanced with black currant undertones and cassis. Its crisp, fresh, dry and concentrated flavors are well balanced concluding in a rich, lingering finish.

This crisp white from the Casablanca Valley is pale straw in colour with green highlights. Bursting with aromas of grapefruit, citrus and dried apricots, it shows flavours of stone fruit, tangerines and ripe melon.
