Tasting note
A rich and compelling assyrtiko with an almost mouthcoating palate of savory minerality and flavours of honeydew melon, honey, acacia flower and lemon-aid. Beautifully layered and textured with impressive length. An absolute steal. Score - 90. (Sara d'Amato, winealign.com, Nov. 2012)
This dry and pale yellow coloured white showcases a simple nose releasing floral and fruity scents. You will be charmed with this light-bodied wine revealing a slender texture and a medium finish.
A classic benchmark of the Assyriko variety. Vibrant aromatiic cocktail of seabreeze freshness, citrus fruits with honeyed undertones. Bone-dry, brightly acidic, with a textural mineral smokiness. 2015 Vintage Just Released! *Available only at the BC Liquor Stores Festival Wine Shop (Vancouver International Wine Festival Tasting Room) from February 25, 26, and 27.
