Clear pale straw colour with aromas of melon, gooseberry and grapefruit; dry with zingy acidity and flavours of tropical fruit followed by a mellow, slightly grassy finish.

Grassy, fruit-infused. Flavours of green apple and gooseberry. Finishes with a twist of lemon peel.
